Looking to use Insurance?
At C.A.R.E. Inc, we understand that sometimes you will choose to use insurance or employer assistance program (EAP) to pay for your mental health care. To best assist you, C.A.R.E. Inc will submit billings to your insurance on your behalf. Please note there may still be co-pays and/or deductibles that are the client's responsibility. If any insurance claim is rejected you may be liable for the full amount.
C.A.R.E. Inc is in-network with many insurances and able to bill as an out-of-network provider for many others. Below is a list of the insurances we are in-network with. How it works:
Once you notify your whomever manages your EAP that you would like to use the program for counseling, your employer will find counselor(s) in your area who helps your problem. You then set up an appointment with C.A.R.E.! Our office at C.A.R.E. will work with your EAP to submit all billing and find out any session limits your plan may have.
Please note, the exact process can vary by program. It is important to reach out to whomever manages your Employer Assistance Program for the exact details of their process.
Out of Network
You also have the option to visit C.A.R.E. as an out-of-network provider and ask your insurance for reimbursement. C.A.R.E. may be able to file an out-of-network claim on your behalf or provide you with a superbill. Every situation is different, so reach out to our office and see how we can assist you today!
Private Pay
C.A.R.E. also accepts private pay if you chose not to go through insurance or continue therapy past any session limit that may have been set by your insurance. Please contact our office to learn more about our current rates.
